Dr. Dawn completed his dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a highly specialized fellowship in Mohs surgery and dermatologic surgery. With extensive experience in Mohs micrographic surgery for both common and complex skin cancers, he provides meticulous, state-of-the-art care with a focus on precision, safety, and exceptional outcomes.

A respected leader in his field, Dr. Dawn is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and has served on the Boards of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery. He has also represented dermatology within the American Medical Association. Dr. Dawn has taught medical students and dermatology residents at the University of Pennsylvania, University of Maryland, Wake Forest University, and Cooper University Hospital.

In addition to authoring more than thirty peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, Dr. Dawn has been invited to lecture nationally on dermatologic surgery, Mohs reconstruction, and advancements in skin cancer care.
